Limits of use
Rack: max load: 175 kg. Chin-up bar: 110 kg (bod weight + weights) To be used only with 1.75 m, 2 m, and 20 kg weight-lifting bars (not compatible with 15 kg weight-lifting bars)
This rack allows you to do a full body workout: bodyweight (chin-ups) and free weight (squats, bench presses etc.). Easily store your weights and bar.
